We recently completed a lighting upgrade for Kilternan Parish Church, designed to create a warm, comfortable environment that keeps focus on the altar and speaker. The scheme uses precisely aimed fittings to avoid glare, increased lighting levels in key liturgical areas, and a flexible Bluetooth control system that allows the parish to easily adjust settings for different services and seasons.
We programmed the lighting control system with preset colour scenes from the liturgical calendar – green for ordinary time, purple for Advent and Lent, white for Christmas and red for occasions such as Palm Sunday.
