Brief: Wink provided the lighting design and supply for the stunning 5 star Cliff House Hotel in Waterford. This hidden gem in Ardmore was a challenging project due to its location.
As the hotel was located on the edge of a cliff, there were areas that were devoid of any natural light. In response to this, we again embraced the versatility of tunable white light.
With this, we were able to utilise two distinct colour temperatures to create the perfect ambience. During the day, a cool colour temperature emulated the energising effect of natural daylight, bringing vitality to the interiors. As evening descended, we seamlessly transitioned to a warmer colour temperature, embracing the serenity of twilight and enhancing the sense of relaxation for nighttime.
The Cliff House Hotel now stands as a luminous oasis, which elevates the guest experience.
