Wink provided the lighting design for St James, an exclusive boutique development of seven newly built detached homes on Cross Avenue in Blackrock. We collaborated with Horan Rainsford, who delivered both the architectural and interior design for the project, creating homes finished to a high specification.
Our lighting scheme focused on layered, indirect lighting to enhance the architectural detailing and interior finishes. We supplied high-quality integrated lighting along with a selection of carefully chosen fixtures from our brand partners to complement the refined character of the homes These included KDLN, Light-Point, Egoluce, Illuxtron, Carpyen, ACB Lighting, Lodes, and Gubi.
