As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a positive and sustainable workplace, we’re delighted to introduce a 9-day fortnight for our team.

The new working arrangement gives every team member a longer weekend every second Friday, while our rotating schedule around Bank Holidays also creates the opportunity for an occasional Super Weekend—an extended break that allows our team extra time to rest, recharge and spend time with family and friends.

Importantly, our commitment to our clients remains exactly the same.

Through careful planning and a rotating roster, we’ll continue to provide the same responsive service and support that our clients have come to expect. Someone from the Wink Lighting team will always be available to answer queries, support projects and keep work moving.

This initiative isn’t about working less—it’s about working smarter. We believe that by creating a healthier balance between work and personal life, we can continue to foster a motivated, engaged and high-performing team.
